Resident Pass-Through Option
Boards can toggle “Resident Covers Processing Fee” so the HOA receives 100% of assessment dues — $0 net processing cost to the association. Prefer to keep payments simple for owners? Leave it off and the HOA absorbs the fee instead. Your choice, per community.
Standard Stripe card processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) apply in addition to platform fees. Platform fees are fixed and disclosed above.

Start with the smallest plan that fits your unit count. The plan calculator filters out plans that are too small, and you can upgrade later if your board needs more capacity or advanced workflows.
There are no setup fees. AI Smart Import is included so you can upload CSVs, preview mappings, and review data before committing. Larger or unusual migrations can still be discussed with support.
Upgrade to the next tier instantly. Billing is prorated — you only pay the difference for the remaining billing period.
Yes. ACH bank transfers carry a 0.8% platform fee capped at $5.00 maximum per transaction. Card payments add a platform fee of 0.75% (with a $5.00 minimum) for PMC-managed HOAs, or 1.25% for standalone HOAs. Standard Stripe processing fees apply in addition. Boards can also enable the "Resident Covers Processing Fee" pass-through so the association receives 100% of assessment dues at $0 net processing cost, or choose to absorb the fees instead.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
